These terms are an agreement between you and Hozbaldo Silva ("we", "us") for the Station Cam apps and website. By using Station Cam, you agree to them. If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Station Cam on phones you own or control, for your own work or your company's. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Stations are estimates. The station on a photo comes from your phone's GPS, which is often off by 10 to 30 feet, and from the points you plot. Station Cam is a photo record, not a survey. Don't use it for staking, layout, measurements or boundaries, and check important locations against the plans.
Your photos
You own the photos, videos and projects you make. You're responsible for what you capture and share, and for following your job site's rules about photography.
Free plan and ads
The free plan includes a number of photos each day and more for watching ads. Photos earned from ads have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may change. We may change the daily amount or the rewards.
Pro subscription
Pro renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a period to avoid the next charge, in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.
Other services
Maps come from OpenStreetMap contributors and Esri, ads from Google AdMob, and purchases through Apple, Google and RevenueCat. Their terms apply to their services.
No warranty
Station Cam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free or that photos and data can't be lost, so keep copies of important photos.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made using stations, stamps or reports from the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Station Cam in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending and changes
You can stop using Station Cam at any time by deleting it. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
