Email us at support@stationcam.app. Tell us your phone model and what happened. In the app, More › Support and feedback starts the email for you.
How does the app know the station?
You plot a project once: drop pins on the map at the stations shown in your plan set, a pin at the start and end and at each curve. From then on the camera works out the station from your GPS and stamps it on every photo.
How accurate is it?
Usually within the accuracy of your phone's GPS, often 10 to 30 feet, plus how carefully the pins were placed. Use it for photo records, not for staking or layout.
Where are my photos?
In the app's Photos tab, and in your phone's Photos when More › Camera › Save to the phone's Photos is on. Projects and photos stay on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.
How do free photos and ads work?
The free plan has 5 photos a day. For more, watch a short ad: the first gives 5 photos and each one after it gives 10. With no signal you can keep shooting, and those photos are paid back with ads once you're online. Pro has unlimited photos and no ads.
Restore or cancel Pro
On a new phone, open More › Plans and pricing › Restore purchases. To cancel, use your Apple or Google Play subscription settings.
Delete your data
Delete photos in the app, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. Copies you saved to Photos or shared stay where you put them.
